Site Superintendent - Construction - Base Salary to 140k/year - Chandler, AZ

• AllSearch Recruiting is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent for our client in Chandler, AZ. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in managing and executing ground-up multifamily modular construction projects from the field. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact schedule performance, site coordination, and client satisfaction for a leading manufacturer and leading innovator in multi-family housing development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subcontractors, project managers, internal departments, and local officials to ensure smooth site operations, adherence to safety standards, and successful project delivery.
  
• Manages daily field operations and subcontractor coordination to maintain schedules and quality.
  
• Develops work sequencing strategies, laydown plans, and temporary facility layouts for modular projects
  
• Maintains and updates three-week look-ahead schedules in collaboration with project staff
  
• Reviews and executes project plans and specifications; ensures compliance with manufacturers' data and documentation
  
• Tracks schedule progress and budget performance; provides regular updates to stakeholders
  
• Leads daily on-site construction meetings with foremen, subcontractors, and team leads
  
• Oversees field activities, ensuring high-quality construction and adherence to the project schedule
  
• Reviews submittals for compliance prior to field execution
  
• Assists in generating and managing RFIs and tracks impacts on project timelines
  
• Enforces compliance with OSHA safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  
• Coordinates with inspectors and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals
  
• Promotes safe work practices through active engagement and oversight
  
• Mentors and supports field personnel to foster professional development
  
• Maintains accurate daily logs, field reports, RFIs, and field orders
  

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably in ground-up commercial or multifamily construction
  
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or other safety certifications preferred
  
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical data
  
• Experienced in managing modular or prefabricated projects (preferred but not required)
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, scheduling software (MS Project or similar), and CAD/CAE tools
  
• Strong team leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management skills
  
• Deep understanding of jobsite safety, compliance, and inspection protocols
