Position Overview

The Site Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring our roofing and siding installations run smoothly from start to finish. This position involves overseeing job sites, supporting installation crews, ensuring quality control, and communicating with homeowners throughout the project.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and building a career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Supervise roofing and siding installation projects to ensure work meets company quality and safety standards

Verify delivered materials for quality and accuracy

Pick up and transport materials as needed to support job sites

Set up job-site protection to protect the customer’s home and property during installation

Oversee job-site cleanup, including using magnet rakes to collect nails and debris

Conduct final walkthroughs with customers and document any punch-out items

Communicate with customers throughout the installation process

Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns professionally

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Reliable transportation

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work outdoors and travel to job sites across Central Indiana

Commitment to Moss Roofing’s values of honesty, integrity, and quality service

Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required
