Key Responsibilities of a Site Supervisor:
· Project Management:
Supervising the construction process from start to finish, including scheduling start date, crew, and coordinating with subcontractors.
· Quality Control:
Inspecting work to ensure it meets specified standards and identifying any defects or non-compliance.
· Safety Management:
Ensuring the safety of the work site by monitoring safety procedures, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring workers adhere to regulations.
· Communication:
Acting as a point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project managers, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that arise.
· Personnel Management:
Supervising and managing construction personnel, including delegating tasks, providing guidance, and addressing any issues related to employee performance.
· Material and Equipment Management:
Overseeing the procurement, storage, and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring they are available when needed and in compliance with project specifications.
· Documentation:
Maintaining detailed records of site activities, including daily reports, inspection reports, and any issues that arise.
Requirements:
At least 5 years construction experience 2 years management experience Able to communicate efficiently Able to multi task Follow up and follow through a must
