Site Survey Engineers and Installation Technicians
Job Description
Crown is looking for Site Survey Engineers and Installation Technicians who will be responsible for hands-on support of the equipment and components comprising the FAA’s APC system. Engineers and Technicians will be dispatched to provide on-site support at FAA facilities.
This job requires 100% travel.
Specific responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Surveys:
Installations:
Performing system installation including cabling and connections to local area and wide area networks;
Supporting familiarization training FAA system support personnel;
Resetting passwords, implementing patches, and updating system configuration parameters as required;
Coordinating all maintenance actions with operations control center personnel;
Performing local and remote testing on equipment including running system diagnostics to identify faults;
Performing system restoration including the replacement of LRUs to remedy failures;
Returning failed LRUs for repair;
Tracking spare parts stock levels;
Supporting the development of Technical Manuals.
Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen.
This job is 100% travel.
Must be able to obtain Public Trust.
Must have good credit for travel expenses that will be reimbursed every two weeks.
