KMJ's client is currently seeking a Site Work Estimator to join their team in Bridgewater, NJ. Our client performs landscape construction on large public infrastructure projects (DOT, Transit, etc), university campuses and large commercial projects.

Typical scope of work includes Earthwork/Grading/Excavation, Planting of all kinds, Wetland mitigation, Erosion control, Hardscape, Shallow Underground Utilities, Concrete and Asphalt work, General site work and light demolition.

The Landscape Estimator is responsible for analyzing project specifications, plans and site conditions to prepare accurate estimates for projects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Landscape/Hardscape Estimating experience, ideally working with union labor
• Degree in landscape architecture/design, construction management, civil engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies related to earthwork, grading, excavation, drainage, utilities and other general sitework
• Familiar with plants, lawn, sod, hardscape (pavers, gravity walls etc)
• HCSS experience is preferred, willing to train the right candidate
