    About the Role:

    We are looking for a dependable and highly organized Site and Office Support Coordinator to assist with both on-site construction activities and day-to-day office operations. This hybrid role involves verifying material measurements at job sites, tracking project progress, communicating with suppliers and subcontractors, supporting new hire onboarding, preparing bid documents, and assisting with client billing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Visit construction sites to verify measurements for items like vanities, shower doors, etc.

    Report site progress to management (e.g., “floor 1 is complete,” “floor 2 is 50% complete”)

    Communicate with suppliers regarding lead times, availability, and deliveries

    Keep track of subcontractor payments and ensure timely processing

    Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork and orientation coordination

    Complete and submit bid paperwork accurately and on time

    Call clients to follow up on outstanding payments

    Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

    Qualifications:

    Experience in construction, coordination, or administrative roles preferred

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Effective verbal and written communication

    Basic familiarity with construction terms or materials is a plus

    Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)

    Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Schedule: Full-time, hybrid (field visits + office/admin work)
