Job Description
We are empowering the fight to cure Alzheimer's disease.
Today, the "best" option for a patient diagnosed with Alzheimer's or other neurodegenerative diseases is a prescription that, at most, temporarily improves symptoms. In the face of this stark prognosis, an alternative treatment option provides an avenue for hope: clinical trials.
For physicians, finding trials and figuring out which patients are a good fit is an enormous amount of work that takes away from the care of the patient sitting in front of them. SiteRx gives them a better option. Our software equips doctors to incorporate clinical research as a patient care option, generating significant new income for their practice and providing patients access to potentially life-saving treatments. And the best part: this is achieved all while maintaining their existing workflow.
YOUR MISSION:
We are looking for a Study Lead to act as a project manager with high demand client facing responsibilities. We are based in New York City, and while we would ideally like this person to be based in or around New York, we are open to considering remote locations.
At SiteRx, we work closely with clinical research sites to make sure they can seamlessly and efficiently screen our patient referrals for research studies. As our Study Lead, you will take ownership of clinical research studies, including being hands-on with each element of a study, in addition to building crucial relationships with our sponsor clients. If you have pharmaceutical project management experience, vendor management experience, knowledge of the clinical research process, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, we'd like to work with you!
ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE:
- Manage multiple clinical studies on the SiteRx platform to maximize recruitment metrics / success in each trial
- High-touch relationship management to create a world-class vendor experience for pharmaceutical / biotechnology clients across multiple indications and therapeutic areas
- Work collaboratively across multiple SiteRx workstreams: operations, product, site success, patient success, and physician success teams to increase SiteRx patient velocity
- Onboard, engage, and optimize the experience of clinical trial sponsors through regular updates throughout the duration of the study and via custom reporting dashboards
- Audit SiteRx patient funnel at all levels to understand opportunities and proactively address pain points
- Conduct various performance analyses and regularly review metrics with team leads
- Monitor and ensure key stakeholders are supporting and empowering sites to succeed at all times across the company
- Consistent use of Office Suite (primarily Excel [Google Sheets] and PowerPoint)
YOUR SKILLS:
- Looking for individuals with at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably IB analyst role
- Detail oriented and data driven
- Ability to interface with senior members of large pharma companies on a regular basis, presenting and defending data and receiving / acting on feedback for trial success (Excellent written and oral communication / organization skills)
- Desire to work independently with little oversight
- Able to prioritize the needs of clients and assess SiteRx's ability to deliver results
- 1-4 years of client-facing or project management experience, including general knowledge of the clinical research process
- Proven work ethic to drive superior execution of SiteRx clinical trials, including guiding SiteRx operations teams internally, and navigating hard-to-manage stakeholders externally
- Ability to champion studies internally and show genuine enthusiasm and appreciation for our sponsors' clinical research efforts
- Interpersonal abilities to build long-term relationships with SiteRx pharmaceutical clients
- Clear and diligent communication with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Startup experience is a plus
