POSITION SUMMARY
SiteStaff is seeking 8-10 proven sales professionals to champion business development from our home office. This role will be responsible for generating new clients and managing accounts via live webinars and over the phone, conducting detailed presentations, and calculated marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition at rates beyond our achievement before.

- UNCAPPED RESIDUAL COMMISSIONS
- $300/WEEK TRAINING PAY FOR FIRST 30 DAYS. YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE COMMISSIONS FROM THE DAY ONE. AFTER TRAINING IS COMPLETED, A BASE SALARY WILL BE NEGOTIATED ($40,000-55,000 ANNUALLY). COMMISSIONS ARE 15% OF CLIENT CONTRACT EVERY MONTH FOR AS LONG AS THEY REMAIN A CLIENT. EXAMPLE: A CLIENT WHO PAYS $3,000/MONTH WILL EARN YOU $450 IN COMMISSION IN EVERY MONTH. THERE IS NOT CAP, AND COMMISSIONS CAN GROW WEEK BY WEEK.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
- Place outbound initial and follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to a formal presentation or demo.
- Conduct well-researched, prospect-centered presentations, ask strategic questions, answer questions about the product details and the company, and determine whether there are like-minded connections that drive the process forward.
- Construction and maintenance of strategic marketing campaigns.
- Maintain 100% commitment to and full accountability of HubSpot CRM data entry and the SiteStaff sales process.
- Attend conferences 2-4 times annually, and garner new business and leads
- Determined, focused, and driven leader-mentality, with the innate ability to thrive within a focused, high-energy, and highly productive team environment.

- Denver-based
- Best-in-class interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections
- Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
- Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
- Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
- Previous direct sales required with a track record of overachieving quota
- Tele-sales experience a plus, but not required
