This company recently achieved significant expansion through strategic acquisitions, extending its reach from East Texas to Shreveport, LA. As the CFO, you'll be at the forefront of driving financial strategy, optimizing performance, and ensuring fiscal integrity. This executive role encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities focused on enhancing the financial strategy and operations of the company.

Key duties include developing and executing financial plans in collaboration with the executive team, overseeing all accounting and finance-related activities, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations.

The role involves leading the Accounting and Finance teams, managing financial performance through rigorous forecasting and analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with senior management to support business needs.

Additional responsibilities include safeguarding assets through effective internal controls, optimizing the cash conversion cycle, and engaging in strategic activities such as annual audits, capital raising, and financial reporting to support decision-making and organizational growth.

Education, Experience And Skills:

BS in Accounting/Finance Degree (CPA/MBA Preferred).

15 years of experience in financial management.

Experience in industry preferred.

Excellent management and supervisory skills

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Basic customer service experience, training skills for in person, verbal and written training objectives

Must be organized, have good reasoning skills, math aptitude and time management skills.

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
