SIXTY VINES NASHVILLE SALES MANAGER
The Sales Manager for our Nashville location will oversee restaurant event sales, engage with current and future clients and execute a sales strategy focused on five star guest experiences. As the Sales Manager your core responsibility in this role is focused on generating and promoting a culture focused on growing sales and penetrating the Nashville market and surrounding area, as well as supporting individual events booked at the restaurant. You also are a working part of the management team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 year experience and connections to the Nashville area.
THE SALES MANAGER FOR THE NASHVILLE LOCATION MUST BE A(N):
RESTAURANT PARTNER:
- Works directly to impact and grow sales to meet or exceed budget at 60 Vines Nashville.
- Partners with GM to implement a industry leading booking experience and maximum volume designed to fit the restaurant space
- Supports, trains and collaborates with all In Restaurant Managers and banquet team members
- Ensures restaurant operations team has necessary information to flawlessly execute a successful event in a timely manner
- Assists in development of revenue goals as determined by the budget and future needs in minimums
- Collaborates with GM to develop annual banquet marketing plans and menus
EVENT SPECIALIST:
- Solicits, negotiates, and secures new business through relationship building with meeting planners, hotel concierges, industry professionals, industry events, conventions, associations and meetings.
- Owns large group sales opportunities from initial meeting to closing, including ability presentation and contract negotiation
- Ensures Five Star group event experiences through direct and indirect touch points and accountability, including tours and tastings, pre and post event communications and negative feedback follow up
- Partners with sales peers at Sixty Vines to collaborate and execute off premise events & catering
CLIENT AMBASSADOR:
- Maintains, utilize and enhances a local area book of business to facilitate special event bookings and repeat sales opportunities.
- Attends sales & networking group events and community events as outlined in annual ISP
- Conducts routine trade area tours (with GM) of both competitive restaurants in the area, as well as potential new clients & proactive visits to lapsed clients
- Engages with community leaders to support local events, sponsorships, etc
TECH SAVVY MASTER
- Updates and maintains accurate information in both Open Table and Tripleseat banquet software
- Understands and utilizes of Marketing Vitals to drive strategy for group sales and event marketing
- Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
- Uses social media platforms as required
