    HEAD OF SOLUTION CONSULTING:

    Build, run and manage a world-class solution consulting team, working in conjunction with the Client Directors, Product / Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure a successful sales cycle to support the target account sales model.

    Role Description:

    • You will work with senior leaders from Fortune 1000 and our sales and customer success team through each step of the buyers journey including qualification, identification of best problem solution fit, solution requirements and then help architect the right solutions for customers including customizations, presentations and ROI modeling.
    • Manage target accounts that may span multiple account executives
    • Assist in the production of RFPs and other proposals to clients
    • Propose technical and business solutions in support of sales campaigns and serve as the domain expert of proposed solutions to prospective clients
    • Plan sales campaigns in conjunction with the team and lead efforts
    • Perform general management duties including employee performance management and coaching, interviewing and hiring, goal setting, and development

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales consulting, solution consulting or solution engineering roles in process automation, customer engagement technologies
    • 5+ years of deep domain experience in Insurance, Healthcare, Financial Services or other domain.
    • Experience in hiring and managing a top notch team
    • Experience in high growth venture backed startup company
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding multi million dollar sales quotas.
