    HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS AND IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEERING:

    Build, run and manage a world-class customer success and implementation engineering team, working in conjunction with Clients, Client Directors, Product / Engineering and Implementation Delivery teams to ensure our solution is delivered on time, on budget, and our clients derive the value and ROI our customers expect.

    Role Description:

    • Work with senior technology and program management leaders from the Fortune 1000 as well as our product engineering, sales, customer success and implementation team to ensure large scale enterprise projects are delivered smoothly and derive business value quickly.
    • Deliver engagements to agreed customer scope, timescales, budget, and quality metrics, as well as assisting customers to achieve the expected ROI
    • Design and refine methodologies and future deployment architecture
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the client on all aspects of our engagement, leading communication and providing thought leadership to ensure successful implementation
    • Perform general management duties including employee performance management and coaching, interviewing and hiring, goal setting, and development

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 10+ years of experience in implementation management and technical consulting roles in complex large enterprise technologies
    • Experience with having developed modern implementation and delivery methodologies and architecture
    • Excellent technical and business writing and presentation skills
    • Experience in hiring and managing a top notch team
    • Experience in high growth venture backed startup company
