Responsibilities:

Travel to customers’ locations in company sponsored service truck.

Install tires on tractor trailers, loaders, farm tractors, etc.

Diagnose and repair tire-related issues.

Communicate with customers and service writers to confirm scheduling.

Use trucks, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a tire or roadside service technician is preferred.

Ability to use tire machines and tools effectively and safely.

Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy tires and equipment.

Excellent communication and time management skills.
