Job Description

SALARY RANGE: $17 hour

Full Time/Part Time Available - Must be available to work on weekends

• Knowledge of basic warehousing operations preferred.
• Moves cases on carts/conveyors through assigned aisles and picks corresponding product from product bins/cases
• Must be able to pick and pack product with accuracy and speed
• Maintains daily individual production records, which are reviewed by the supervisor, by writing down the time tasks are performed. 
• Must be able to work in all areas of the Distribution Center
• Must be able to operate a manual pallet jack and other equipment once trained as needed.
• Must flexible in assisting co-workers as well as other departments as needed
• Will be required to perform other duties as assigned.
• Will be required to scan cases from individual pallets to acknowledge the designated wave has been selected for induction.
• Will move cases to and from the conveyor belts to aid in processing of mass confirms
• Will shrink wrap transfer pallets and secure pallets with strapping tape
• Will sort usable/unusable pallets
• Make it a daily practice to perform visual hands-off inspections of the conveyor listening for any unusual sounds.
• Must be aware of and attentive to work environment and surroundings.
• Maintain housekeeping standards. Remove trash and debris. Dump trashcans as needed. Will be required to keep work area stocked and clean throughout the workday
• Checking equipment (pre-inspection) before using machinery
• Will be responsible for the distribution of materials from the Receiving dock to staged locations at assigned palletized locations
• Create cases from cancelled orders
• Add pick tickets to product without identification
• Do required re-work of product
• Convert A-Grade SKU’s to B-Gr.      
• Quality Inspections through the Split/Move of cases
• Review and work on all Pallet Inquiry
• Print SKU Label
• Work on exception handling (all unconsumed cases)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear.  The employee frequently is required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and kneel. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long period of times.
