Job Description

Work proactively with Skechers Performance LA commercialization/production team to ensure ontime and proper fitting/quality of all Skechers Performance products.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

• Manage daily incoming Skechers Performance commercialization shipment.
• Maintain an organized Skechers Performance fit room.
• Manage daily detailed and thorough fitting of Skechers Performance Pre Fit/Basic Fit/Extreme Fit/Dye Test/Production samples.
• Meticulously review production fit and quality on a daily basis.
• Oversee and proactively follow up on all daily hand delivers from the DC.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with Skechers Performance LA tech team to ensure development is Ready for Commercialization.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with Skechers Performance Asia commercialization and QA teams to ensure all Skechers Performance products fit properly and can be manufactured consistently to achieve each model’s design/functional objective.
• Maintain numerous spreadsheets to track commercialization timeline, marketing promo orders, LA production quality cases, and DC flagged list.
• Manage marketing promo orders to ensure editorial deadlines are met.

• Support Field Testing Manager on an as needed basis.

• Multi-tasks well and self-starter.

• Education (flexible depending on experience).
• Footwear experience preferred but not necessary.

Pay range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
