    Job Description

    Skechers is growing the Digital Group and is looking to hire a new Performance Media Product Feed Specialist. We are looking for someone with deep product feed experience as it relates to performance marketing and has a general passion for digital marketing strategy and omnichannel growth. This role will develop and execute product feed strategies across our digital marketing properties. You’ll get to drive the decision making behind our digital shopping and feed based campaigns by turning data analysis, ecommerce and DTC objectives and varying budgets into actionable goal-oriented initiatives, along with collaborating with our our media execution teams throughout each campaign.

    _ ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-_

    • Managing & optimizing product data (datafeeds) for advertising channels such as Google Shopping, Amazon, Facebook, TikTok, Dymanmic Display and remarketing, Snap, Pinterest & various channels.
    • Creating & managing catalogs for various marketplaces such as Google, Meta, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.
    • Coordinate and own relationships with our feed platform vendors and Price Monitoring/ PAM solution/ vendors
    • Analyzing search query data & KPIs to make meaningful changes to the datafeeds per channel
    • Reporting on meaningful changes that were made to the datafeed
    • Troubleshooting issues that result in disapproved ads, products or a decline in ad performance. Coordinating with each respective platform to resolve any feed, product or account issues.
    • Ensuring that products are positioned & represented online in a way that makes sense to the end consumer
    • Performing quality control checks of product data for inaccuracies, warnings, discontinued products, etc.
    • Managing price changes, Promotion updates, changes in stock availability, and other feed updates
    • Performing audits of our current eCommerce advertising channels
    • Conducting tests of various feed elements, such as titles, descriptions, and images, and report on results
    • Coordinating with other teams for promos, sales, and other marketing events Leverage document management and collaboration tools as well as other media and marketing platforms
    • Assist in creating and maintaining digital content calendar for acquisition tactics, as needed
    • Assists in organizing marketing campaign briefs and Asana projects.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and create competitor research reports
    • Facilitate meetings, Asana projects, and other project management as needed with team
    • Assist in day-to-day as well ad-hoc digital media projects, as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    _ JOB REQUIREMENTS-_

    • 2-3+ years of Paid Search advertising/ CSE experience
    • Google Ads certification preferred
    • eComm experience required
    • Experience working with Feed management vendors (Feedonomics, Channel Advisor etc)
    • Experience working with Price Strategy/Monitoring i.e MAP solutions including (Pricespider, Priceshape Wiser etc)
    • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously
    • Strong understanding of the online advertising industry and search landscape
    • Experience with analyzing paid media results and finding data insights for external reporting
    • Agency experience developing and presenting Digital Strategy to clients or senior management is highly desirable
    • Intermediate- to advanced-level Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
    • Highly computer literate; ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
    • Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up; extremely accurate; demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize tasks
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal, written and interpersonal
    • An interest in learning and utilizing new/emerging marketing technology
    • An interest in fashion and knowledge of current trends a plus

    ** ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-**

    • Any digital marketing projects support and analysis, as needed

    The salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000/year
