Job Description

The Digital Business Insights Intern will gain hands-on experience collaborating cross-functionally with digital marketing and analytics teams on business insights and reporting projects, while learning to execute and analyze optimizations across content and digital platforms. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a team-player mindset looking for a great opportunity to learn how an enterprise-level digital business insights team operates in the retail industry. Opportunity to work closely with business insights related to holistic cross-channel performance as well as to interface with various teams across SEM, SEO, Social, Email/SMS, Retail, Enterprise Analytics, and Merchandising.

** ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-**

• Build out ad-hoc reports and analyses including but not limited to digital analytics platforms, social listening, and market research data
• Collaborate on digital business insight reporting and data entry to provide support where needed
• Coordinate efforts related to project communication and checklists using Smartsheets, Asana, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools
• Learn analytical skills with business knowledge/data to identify quantifiable drivers of ecommerce performance
• Learn and utilize document management and collaboration tools as well as select media/marketing platforms
• Participate and provide creative and thoughtful ideas/input as part of digital insight collaborations
• Assist overall department in digital business insight efforts
• Ongoing guidance and training to level up capabilities across digital tech

** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-**

• Degree in Progress/Current Student, other degrees or certifications a plus
• Classes, other internships, or hobbies that demonstrate an interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and/or business insights
• Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) intermediate experience
