Job Description

JOB PURPOSE-

Responsible for ensuring marketing collateral is shipped to new stores and set to standards. Assists in the execution of all domestic store promotions to increase traffic, sales, and conversion. Assists in the development of promotional collateral and maintains sufficient inventory.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

• New Store Openings
  • Review store distribution plans and order appropriate items for the store.
  • Ensure new promotional signage arrives in accordance with promotional timing.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Follow up on missing items.
  • Work with field.to ensure signs are properly set to marketing standards.
• Assist in development of promotional signs for new marketing campaigns including creative direction, distro creation, project management, shipping, tracking, and store communication.
• Maintain a 12-month rolling calendar of marketing promotions.
• Manage inventory levels of marketing collateral to support the needs of new and existing stores.
• Replenish existing toolkit collateral as needed and hold ownership of these files to always ensure their accuracy. Ensure that deadlines are met.
• Supporting Retail Marketing Manager in establishing and managing the Marketing Workback calendar to ensure promotional project deadlines are being met and areas of concern are being addressed early on.
• Place monthly supply orders for Domestic Retail stores.
• Work in tandem with the Operations department to communicate promotions to office and field and provide clear execution expectations.
• Fulfill store sign/collateral requests. Research and track missing items.
• Communicate Domestic marketing plans and updates to European team as needed.
• Continually seeking and researching new ideas, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide recommendations to marketing team

• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.

• Flexibility to frequent changes and ability to react quickly.
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and work with outside vendors, field staff, and other departments cross-functionally on projects to success.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

• Highly Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Basic to advanced understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator a plus.
• Must have at least 2 years of successful experience in a corporate retail marketing position or similar.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field
