    The Global Portfolio Manager, Customer Experience provides leadership and oversight for creating, implementing and driving efficient and effective project portfolio management processes across the entire Global Customer Experience Delivery team. The role will be responsible for ensuring coordination and execution of activities related to the delivery of projects, initiation to project closure; managing governance around Delivery processes, reporting, compliance and education.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Duties will include, but are not limited to:

    • Lead the global Portfolio of projects, supporting the Customer Experience Delivery objectives, with a focus on governance
    • Collaborate with Project Managers to support project intake, vetting and prioritization processes
    • Provide consistent and effective portfolio dashboards, portfolio reviews, scorecards, and reports
    • Collaborate with the VP, Global Project Delivery on the analysis of in-flight and proposed projects
    • Ensure that portfolio benefits are defined and managed during the portfolio lifecycle, and that the realization is monitored
    • Develop effective project management standards and processes, and apply best practices in the areas of project management and portfolio management
    • Serve as the point of escalation for project stakeholders or requestors with issues directly related to project management
    • Develop and facilitate PM community meetings and workshops
    • Manage portfolio via internal tool sets and reports
    • Provide leadership and management/mentorship and coaching of Program/Project Managers, if applicable
    • Owns responsibility and accountability for resolving issues and escalations

    REQUIREMENTS

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business or related field of study
    • Must have at least 5 years previous experience in managing teams and delivering complex IT Projects
    • Must have successfully managed a large portfolio or program (+10 active projects) with multiple business stakeholders
    • Must have prior work experience in a leadership role of a globally distributed team
    • A proven ability to learn new products, develop functional knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment
    • Must have great written, oral (English) and interpersonal communication skills
    • A proven strong teamwork ethic is essential to this function

    DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Prior experience working with offshore and distributed development teams
    • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization including managing through cross-business area or business unit prioritization discussions
    • Experience in implementing and maintaining accurate key performance measures relating to PMO and project management best practices such as building work breakdown structures, Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodologies, etc
    • Enjoy problem solving while learning, developing and applying new skills along the way.
    • Prior experience working with Atlassian Suite, JIRA, Confluence and Service Desk.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • This position may require about 10% travel from time to time as set forth by the Company.
    • Must have a valid US work visa upon hire.
