We are hiring for Deadbolt, a whimsical sister restaurant located next door to our West Hartford location, where our guests can enjoy appealing spirits and fare in a lavish yet welcoming atmosphere. All store employees must be dependable, fun and outgoing, with a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service.

THE JOB – Line Cook

We are looking to hire personable & reliable individuals who are looking to develop and hone early-stage culinary skills in a creative, fun environment.

Our line cooks take great pride in their efficient service and appealing presentation of food for our customers. This position will involve a mix of expediting, prepping and dishwashing responsibilities. Line cook will work closely with our Head Cook to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations, and this position will provide many learning opportunities for interested parties.

Line cooks will be trained on our menu with comprehensive, clear recipes and procedures. Line cooks must be 18 years of age, and will be required to complete and pass mandatory training and certifications.
