Responsibilities: Schedule regular follow-ups with buyer via email and phone throughout the buying process to increase sales results Remain the point of contact between buyer and seller and proactively ensure buyer satisfaction Arrange and manage open houses to encourage sales Proactively utilize social media, website, and email to connect with potential leads and keep a full sales pipeline Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs to generate property sales • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Contact all buyer leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Respond to customers' calls, emails and web requests Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Be prepared for challenges and confront them with a positive mindset and determination Familiarity with the area real estate market Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review Communicate clearly both written and verbally Customer service or real estate sales background preferred Compensation: $75,000
