    Sketchy is looking for an AI Clinical Education Faculty who will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing AI-driven medical education. This role involves creating engaging medical cases, collaborating with a cross-functional team, and leading educational initiatives to integrate AI simulations into medical training.

    Sketchy is hiring remote employees in select US states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Michigan, Texas, and Washington State. The employees will work Pacific hours.

    Responsibilities:

    • Case Development: Develop and update engaging medical cases that will be hosted on our AI-based platform, ensuring they meet educational objectives and maintain clinical relevance.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and medical experts to ensure the platform delivers a high-fidelity clinical experience.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance testing on new and updated AI simulations, identifying and rectifying any errors or inconsistencies.
    • Data Utilization: Data from user interactions with simulations are used to improve AI algorithms and track student performance on learning activities for faculty reporting.
    • Research and Development: Participate in ongoing research and development projects to advance the use of AI in medical education.
    • Product Feedback: Provide feedback to the development team on the performance of AI agents in simulations,
    • Educational Leadership: Lead workshops or seminars for students and staff on the effective use of AI in clinical education.
    • Partnership Engagement: Engage with institutional and university partners to advocate for the AI-simulation platform and help them implement custom solutions that integrate with their curriculum.
    • Faculty Training: Train and support other faculty members in integrating AI simulation tools into their teaching practices.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Educational Background: MD, DO, or equivalent degree required. Candidates currently in residency or fellowship programs or with an academic faculty position in a medical field are highly encouraged to apply.
    • Clinical Experience: Demonstrated clinical expertise with a strong understanding of medical education and patient care.
    • AI and Technology: Experience with or a strong interest in artificial intelligence, especially in educational applications. Familiarity with AI-driven tools and platforms is a plus.
    • Teaching and Mentoring: Proven experience in teaching or mentoring medical students, residents, or fellows. Strong presentation and facilitation skills are essential.
    • Research Acumen: Experience in research with a track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals is desirable. Interest in conducting research related to AI in medical education is a plus.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, data scientists, and other medical professionals.
    • Innovative Thinking: A passion for innovation in medical education and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
    • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work part-time and adapt to the evolving needs of a dynamic, tech-driven educational environment.

    Salary Range

    $175,000 - $230,000 annual
