    Sketchy is looking for a SALES AND MARKETING OPS COORDINATOR to join our sales team! This person will report directly to our Chief Sales Officer and play a key role in growing our Sketchy business with Medical Schools across the globe.

    Sketchy is hiring remote employees in these select US states: ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, FLORIDA, ILLINOIS, MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, PENNSYLVANIA, TEXAS, VIRGINIA, AND WASHINGTON!     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive outbound email cadence as part of new outbound marketing process
    • Assist on trade show planning, organizing, and execution
    • Building weekly reporting for results
    • Work with the sales team to build a robust detailed data set by role at target schools. Student leaders. Student success. Dean of curriculum. Dean of med school. Pre bac program leader. Etc.
    • Inspect and correct data cleaning in pipeline and CRM.
    • Support sales billing operations with finance team.
    • Partner on exec travel planning on shows.
    • Master Hubspot and other sales tools
    • Lead sales research.

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • 2+ years of sales or marketing operations experience, ideally in educational technology (ed-tech) SaaS and B2B focused sales organizations with proven track record of success
    • Excellent detail orientation that systematically drives process improvements for the team.
    • Experience with HubSpot as a CRM Tool.
    • Experience with Data Visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Domo.
    • Experience in trade show support for sales, marketing, and executive teams.
    • Passionate about learning and making a positive impact on the world
    • A team player and collaborator with excellent communication skills

    SALARY RANGE:

    $65,000 - $70,000 D.O.E
