We’re looking for a Course Director to oversee the strategic planning and execution of our NAPLEX preparation course.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in developing and designing a NAPLEX course from inception to completion.
• Work directly with company leadership to recruit and lead a team of world-class educators.
• Track and drive tasks to completion by leading a team of educational instructors, video producers, artists, animator and software developers on a daily basis to meet launch deadlines
• Proactively identify, escalate and resolve issues, manage risks as well as develop mitigation and contingency plans for multiple projects
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of course development
• Orchestrate workflows and aid in maintaining clear communication between all teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, school advisors, medical schools, contractors and strategic partners.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
• At least 2 years of experience in higher education, test preparation or publishing. Experience in teaching the NAPLEX preferred.
• A successful track record of strategic decision-making, instructional design, leadership and operational management at a senior level
• Capable of fostering a healthy work environment that drives creativity among employees of a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences.
• Experience in creative content production (e.g. digital platforms, e-learning, instructional design)
