    Skikos, Crawford, Skikos & Joseph LLP is one of the nation's leading mass tort litigation firms. We specialize in large-scale, multi-claimant cases. Our experience and expertise also results in our frequent leadership appointments in MDL and JCCP cases. Our attorneys are often appointed leadership roles by the court in these proceedings. We work with other select firms on strategy, law and motion, and discovery. Recent appointments include our involvement in the National Prescription Opiate MDL, California North Bay Fire Cases JCCP, and the DePuy ASR hip implant MDL. We are currently seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for settlement communication with clients and follow up on the execution and return of settlement documents. This person will work with paralegals and other staff members to ensure completion of this project. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and able to communicate clearly and patiently with a diverse client population. Responsibilities: - Follow up with clients to ensure settlement paperwork is properly completed and returned - Answer incoming client calls and address questions relating to settlement processing - Track and organize settlement documents - General administrative tasks such as filling, scanning & correspondence Qualifications: - Attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Highly organized - Collaboration skills - Customer service oriented - Experience with Microsoft Office suite
