We are currently seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for settlement communication with clients and follow up on the execution and return of settlement documents. This person will work with paralegals and other staff members to ensure completion of this project. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and able to communicate clearly and patiently with a diverse client population.
