    Job Description

    TECHNICAL RECRUITER / SOURCER

    WOODLAWN, MD, LEESBURG, VA, OR POSSIBLY 100% REMOTE.

    FULL-TIME

    Skilalogy is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter / Sourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of IT sourcing or recruiting experience in the federal contracting space. The ability to obtain a public trust suitability determination is required. Preference will be given to candidates who can work onsite in Woodlawn MD or Leesburg VA but 100% remote is also possible for qualified candidates.

    PRIMARY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO

            Sourcing, screening, and recruiting of potential candidate via online job boards, internal referrals, and individual outreach.

            Support of federal proposal efforts including obtaining LOCs as required.

            Formatting resumes for client review.

            Full utilization and navigation within approved job boards, to include resume and Boolean search and posting of jobs.

            Perform candidate interview and technical screening.

            Participation in daily recruiting meetings.

            Coordination of interview schedules with hiring management.

            Pre-screen all resumes received via traditional recruiting methods prior to presentation to manager; conduct phone screens and provide summaries of candidates to managers.

            Provide status reports on all recruiting activity.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

     

            Experience in full lifecycle technical recruiting with experience in the federal contracting space.

            Ability to obtain a public trust suitability determination.

            Ability to navigate complex business processes and work independently to support various hiring business.

            Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.

            Strong organization, time management skills, and reporting skills.

            Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

            Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.

            Strong sourcing, internet search and research skills. Microsoft Office, online job board experience, and Boolean searching proficiency.

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

            Experience recruiting cleared individuals at all levels, Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, etc. 

            Experience with internship recruiting or campus recruiting. 

            Bachelor's degree.
