WHAT’S THE ROLE?
As Marketing Specialist, you will assist in day-to-day management of digital advertising channels (Search Engine, Shopping, Social, Display & YouTube), including daily optimization and innovation driving performance
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Help grow user acquisition through identifying and testing new marketing channels, analyzing trends and insights, and planning and executing new conversion tests
· Manage end-to-end creative process including new requests, creative briefs, kick-off meetings, review and approval process
· Analyze market, competitive and media landscape dynamics to scope potential new strategies to test
· Work closely with our Product Marketing team to develop a testing roadmap of new landing pages and homepage optimizations
· Set, measure, track and report on program goals and paid marketing contribution to revenue
· Help consolidate results, key insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership
· Assist in management of affiliate, influencer and podcast marketing
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
· Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production. Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
· Experience managing successful paid social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing
· Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
· Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business
· Deeply analytical
· Proficient in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
· Experience with Paid Social strongly preferred
