You are experienced - you have expert-level knowledge of Javascript and single-page web app development. Your comfort extends beyond experience with popular libraries and frameworks, you are familiar with a wide variety of front-end application domains and browser APIs, and you like to solve problems with elegant, creative solutions. You are scrappy and entrepreneurial - you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with not knowing the answer to something. You’re proactive with suggestions, and you come up with solutions without being asked to do so.
What you will do You will ship the product - you will move fast to build and ship new functionality and improve existing functionality. You will be an owner - you want to take on as much responsibility as you can, in as many areas as possible: product, architecture, quality, user experience, leadership, code review, mentoring, and assisting coworkers.
