Job Description

• Lead the development of our marketing plans multiple channels (e.g., mass media, social media, state government agencies, employers, nonprofits) with an emphasis on digital 
• Develop population-specific outreach strategies to reach sub-populations of workers particularly affected by COVID (e.g., opportunity youth, 1099 workers, food service workers, immigrants)
• Lead development of creative and content, in partnership with in-house staff and outside agencies
• Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
• Manage organization communications and PR for SkillUp
• Manage marketing & communications budget
