Job Description
Support the Executive Director and other senior officers within the organization on organizational planning; program, product and marketing development; and problem resolution
Support the Executive Director and other senior officers in the engagement process for our 50 (and counting) coalition partners to keep all partners informed and contributing to deliver their unique contributions
Support senior officers in managing new partner inbound requests and processes to vet, invite, and sign new coalition partners
Serve as project manager for special projects of the Executive Director
Report progress on various affairs of the organization, e.g., status of various projects, etc. to the Executive Director
Assist in the administration of various cost analyses, projections, reports, and fundraising efforts
Build and develop relationships with all employees and partners for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations
Recommend and participate in the development of organizational policies and procedures
Execute other operations and administrative projects as may emerge over the evolution of SkillUp
Qualifications
We expect to see a track record of success in similar roles, including:
Bachelor’s degree; Masters degree preferable
5+ years of business development, corporate strategy and/or operational experience
Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
Strongly developed written and verbal communication skills
Organization and planning skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving skills
Highly resourceful
Self-motivation
Excellent analytical skills
Strategic mindset
