  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Develop scalable, efficient internal systems (spreadsheets, databases) to manage and track quantitative and qualitative data for key initiatives, including:

      • The Career Builders Panel: an engaged community of 50 adults embarking on career change 

      • The Training Provider Catalog: more than 300 regional and national partners offering high quality training programs for SkillUp’s adult learners.   

      • The SkillUp Together Fund: national program awarding grants of up to $1,000 per worker for eligible adults enrolled in high quality training programs.

       

    • Manage the tools to track our pipeline of training and certification programs, from interest, to launch on the SkillUp platform, to promotion, reporting and optimization. 

    • Account management at scale; responsible for regular, efficient bi-directional 1:1 and group communication across key communities (Training partners and Career Builders) to keep the programs running smoothly.

    • Design and implement processes to collect, capture, and analyze program information from training providers. Ensure we have the highest quality and most accurate way of describing the programs: secure logos, program descriptions, user testimonials. 

    • Research comparable training program catalogs to help identify gaps and opportunities to double-down on strengths 

    • Provide operational support for launching, managing and leveraging the SkillUp Career Builder Panel, ensuring members are effectively onboarded and effectively deployed. Implement ways to track member participation and compensation. 

    • Conduct and analyze primary research (interviews/surveys) 

    • Create compelling and meaningful ways to report on progress for key audiences including SkillUp stakeholders, donors and partners.
