About the Role:

Next Generation Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to provide exceptional hospice and palliative care support in Trabuco Canyon, CA. Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance for hospice and palliative care patients

Monitor and document patient health status, comfort levels, and changes in condition

Administer comfort-focused care in alignment with individualized hospice care plans

Offer emotional support and compassionate companionship to patients and their families

Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Communicate effectively with hospice nurses, social workers, and interdisciplinary care teams

Ensure a safe, dignified, and comfortable environment for patients at end of life

Requirements:

Prior experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life caregiving strongly preferred

HCA - Home Care Identification Number

TB Test- Fingerprint- Physical Examination-

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification a plus

Strong understanding of comfort care, pain management support, and patient dignity

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families

Ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion

Reliable transportation and ability to work in Trabuco Canyon, CA

CPR/First Aid certification preferred
