Under our construction manager’s direction, you will work alongside a team of other skilled laborers and tradesmen, and apply your knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment to keep the project on track. We are seeking a Skill Construction labore who can perform general construction tasks and assist with landscaping duties when projects are required. This is a full-time, year-round position. Individuals must want to take pride in their work, operate safely, and want to grow with a professional company. Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Schedule: • 8 – 10 Hour shifts • Day shift • Overtime • Weekends as needed • Year-round work Employees who demonstrate a strong work ethic and leadership may advance into Crew Leader or Project Lead roles Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of construction tasks: framing, carpentry, concrete work, demolition, finish work, and site clean-up • Read and follow plans, specifications, and instructions from supervisors • Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain equipment • Assist with site layout, measurements, and basic material estimates • Perform landscaping duties as needed: grading, sod/seed installation, plant and shrub planting, mulching, edging, trimming, irrigation basics, and hardscape assistance (pavers, stone, edging) • Load/unload materials and assist with deliveries • Follow jobsite safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area • Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors, report issues promptly Qualifications: • 1+ years’ experience in construction or related trades; landscaping experience a plus • Proficient with common construction and landscaping tools and equipment • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions • Basic reading, measuring, and math skills Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
