Our Multi-Trade Construction Worker performs advanced construction work across multiple trades and provides on-site leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise in carpentry, framing, concrete, finish work, and general repair, with working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities: • Follow all directions of the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately • Remove debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean to meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements • Carry, load, and unload tools and building materials such as sheetrock, saws, lumber, tile, grout, etc. • Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as survey equipment, jackhammers, and forklifts as needed Qualifications: • Physical stamina and physical strength are needed • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions such as extreme temperatures and rain • Previous construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools and equipment, and an understanding of blueprints and construction plans is required • Good depth perception and eye-hand coordination are needed, as are mechanical skills • Own a valid driver's license Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
