About this position: McKenney Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, HHA's and CNA's to join our family-owned agency! As a team member, you will provide essential assistance to individuals who require support with daily activities and personal care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others for Lee and Collier County!

Cape Coral Hours: Tuesday's and Friday's 10am-12pm $20/hr Thursday's 1p-3p $20/hr

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders

Perform light housekeeping tasks and transportation for clients

Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior

Requirements:

• Experience in providing care for individuals with dementia or memory impairment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately (in English)

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• Valid DL, Auto Insurance, Reliable Transportation

• Current or willingness to complete Hands-On CPR Certification

• Current or willingness to complete Level 2 Background screening

• Current or willingness to complete TB Test
