Mr. Handyman of Greater Peoria is looking for the best — experienced professionals who take pride in quality work and genuinely care about helping homeowners.

We are hiring for:

Well-rounded Handyman Service Professionals

Strong Carpenters with solid light plumbing, electrical, and finishing skills

Minimum Requirements:

8–10+ years of hands-on experience in residential (and ideally light commercial) maintenance, repairs, or carpentry.

Strong skills in finish carpentry, drywall repair & texture matching, painting, light plumbing, and light electrical.

Comfortable with exterior repairs including soffit, fascia, siding, gutter and fence repairs.

Ability to generate accurate project estimates and present them professionally.

Must have your own tools and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Comfort working with iPad/mobile technology for job documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior home repairs including:

Drywall patching and texture matching

Finish carpentry, door/hardware installation, shelving, and trim work

Painting (interior & exterior)

Light plumbing repairs and installations

Basic electrical tasks (ceiling fans, light fixtures, outlets, switches)

Soffit, fascia, siding, and other exterior repairs

Furniture assembly, TV mounting, screen/door repairs, caulking, and general maintenance

Diagnose issues, provide clear estimates, and complete work efficiently with minimal disruption.

Communicate empathetically with clients and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
