Responsibilities

Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, to profile targets and their activities, and to develop techniques to gain more target information.

Apply skills and knowledge of digital networks and the applications on them to determine how targets communicate, move, operate, and live.

Apply geospatial analysis techniques against metadata collected from tasked communications systems in order to identify, locate, and track targets, and to accurately report the intelligence gained from metadata analysis.

Use data from networks of all forms for target development.

Monitor and develop target across several communication technologies.

Executing own and other's tasking.

Independently task across all authorities, maintaining compliance, without releaser, oversight officer, or legal rejection/modification.

Build analytics for complex discovery and tasks.

Evaluate information for signs of communications changes and identify alternate means of communications

Required Qualifications:

5-10 years of analytic and/or experience reporting.

Experience with common analytic tools: ANCHORY; SIGNAV; FOREMAN; INTELINK; PATHFINDER.

Experience with multiple communications protocols, telecommunications technologies and internet routine.

Experience with multiple communication protocols and can analyze technical data from collected information for new collection opportunities.

Experience with serialized reporting.

SIGINT reporting experience
