PurposeThis is a full time role with a Fast-Growing IT Company, Rate #4 in IT System Development in 2018 Inc. 500, looking to expand team for a large Government contract to support the Customs Border Protection (CBP) in Springfield, VA.

Job Responsibilities

This role is more than just coding. An ideal candidate is driven developer who is passionate to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. Conduct software design, software development, code scans and work with the development team to support a software development and integration project. Analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the current architecture and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements. Requirement:

2 years of experience in ​software programming with one of the following skill sets C#, Java, .NET, Python or Ruby.

Experience in working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery and consuming Web services using Rest or JSON.

Experience with a Web design framework, including Bootstrap or Materialize.

Knowledge of responsive Web design principles.

Knowledge of operating and deploying Web applications in Cloud environments.

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and integration with Windows applications.

Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
