PurposeThis is a full-time role with a Fast-Growing IT consulting business in Federal-space, rated# 4 in Systems Development by Inc 2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2011 and ISO 27001:2013. A business that is committed to provide quality services, solutions and products to its clients and partners. Presently looking to expand team for a large Government project in Washington, DC. Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing project support in the deployment, connects, disconnects and moves of IT hardware and systems.

Creates and maintains case management records of daily problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.

Monitors and updates the status of IT service requests within the IT service management system.

Required Qualifications:

2 year of experience working in an IT environment and have a fundamental knowledge of Information Technology principals.
