    PurposeThis is an Internship Opportunity with a Top 50 fastest Growing Company looking for Interns for an 8 weeks internship program for multiple positions in various concentrations like Research, Marketing, Social Media, Project Management, Graphics Designing, Strategy etc. More Information below -

    Marketing/Social Media Intern:We want to develop an approach to reach its customers, partners and prospective employees through social media (Company website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and others). We need the candidate to assess the current state of our Social media presence. Analyze and recommend a process and approach to increase our social media presence. The approach should include frequency of updates, when to use specific social media sites, who should be allowed to update and the necessary process for approving the content for the sites. Assist with planning for upcoming conferences/events potentially including booth prep, inventory of giveaways, preparing marketing materials. If we attends an event during the internship, the intern could attend. (If we don't, we could arrange for them to attend a local and relevant conference or trade show.) The intern could potentially assist with any additional plans for email marketing campaigns including tracking results and following up. In addition, the intern could potentially conduct research, as needed, on other companies, upcoming events, etc.

    Research Intern: We want to establish a presence in new agencies. The agencies where we are not providing support. The candidate will pick one agency (based on discussions with senior leadership), research and develop a go-to-market approach. This will include developing a list of key players of the agency, reaching out to the agency (thought small business office, Contracting office or other avenues), and potentially meeting with the customer to gain agency insight. The candidate will be required to enter information in a database and also develop a final presentation to be delivered to the leadership.

    Strategy Services Intern: As we grow our platform and portfolio in Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, and Individual Development, we will need someone to both help build the capabilities and build the marketing presence for positioning us as best in class for the services we offer. We need the candidate to possess skills in graphic design, professional layout, presentations (PPT, Keynote, Prezi, etc), and somewhat of a storytelling/marketing mind. This intern could collaborate well with the two roles Pankaj sent out, producing a go-to-market strategy and platform for our Strategy Services portfolio.

    Project Management Intern: Intern will work with a senior program manager to support a Federal govt IT services contract that is starting up now. The contract has 40 plus positions with a complex workload to manage the associated tasks, activities and schedule. Learning opportunity for a highly motivated student who has strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to use MS Word/Excel and Google tools is a must. Analytical ability to spot issues and resolve same during program start up is very important. Ability to work with our program manager and associated project managers to ensure tasks and deliverables are performed in a timely way is critical. Student will learn how to understand and manage complex Federal contracts that have frequent day to day engagement with sub-contractors, Federal contracting staff and program office/customer representatives.

    Graphics Design Intern: This person would create artwork for our mission oriented mobile games as well as help create UI/UX mockups for web and mobile applications. It will also help us determine and define the role for a potential full-time candidate with this skill set in the future.

    Data Collection Intern: Need an intern to provide some data collection, organization, and analysis. This data includes our customer Intel, contracts information, employee skills database, are among a few examples.
