PurposeThis is a full time position with a Fast Growing IT Company, rated# 4 in Systems Development by Inc, 2018, looking to expand team for a large Government project in Washington DC.
Duties
Performs day-to-day activities required to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to end users, to include, move/add/change of end user equipment, software install and upgrades, and general troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Provides consultation on all aspects of the IT program, including: monitoring of technical support and service provided on hardware and software, implementations of national standards, planning, coordinating, modifying, implementing, and troubleshooting in order to meet customer needs.
Computing problems within well-defined areas of responsibility.
Assists in preparing documentation of supported products for users.
Assists in preparing user training materials and conducts training sessions as assigned.
Performs programming tasks of limited scope to assist users.
Required Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of related experience providing IT Hardware and Software Deployment, Troubleshooting, and Problem Resolution support to end users.
Experience in Windows Server, MacOS, and Help/Service Desk support
Strong work ethic, self-starter, work well independently as well as in a team environment
