CCC Concepts Inc is looking for a motivated and experienced Skilled Laborer / Journeyman to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned tradesperson who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and getting the job done right. Responsibilities:

Perform skilled trade work in one or more of the following specialties:

Waterproof Coatings

Roofing Systems

Concrete Form to Finish

Rough Framing & Carpentry

Painting & Caulking

Stucco and Building Envelope

Work independently and as part of a crew on active job sites

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow tradespeople

Requirements:

Journeyman-level experience in a skilled trade (construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or related field)

Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and relevant trade equipment

Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required
