We are looking for a talented litigator to join the litigation team at ENSO LAW LLP. We are a boutique law firm that provides counsel and support on intellectual property, civil enforcement, and regulatory matters to governments and companies. Our litigation practice focuses on commercial and intellectual property litigation on behalf of private and public companies as well as civil prosecution on behalf of government entities. In our litigation practice, you will have an opportunity to prosecute IP infringement and contract claims but also work alongside city leaders to help improve communities. We litigate throughout California in state and federal courts. Pay: Competitive and based on experience with full benefits. Full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely part-time. Responsibilities: • Preparing law and motion • Conducting research • Propounding and responding to discovery • Taking and defending depositions • Attending court hearings • Chairing trials Qualifications: • 5 or more years of litigation experience • Organized and pays attention to detail • Desire to help make a positive impact in the world Compensation: $135,000 - $165,000 yearly
