    We are seeking a talented and skilled Machine Builder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our innovative projects.

    Job Summary:
    As a Skilled Machine Builder/Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of complex machinery and equipment. You will work closely with mechanical engineers and other team members to ensure precise builds that adhere to quality standards and project specifications. Your expertise in machine assembly, welding, and fabrication techniques will be vital in producing reliable and high-performing machinery.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to understand assembly processes and specifications.
    - Assemble mechanical components, including gears, bearings, and pumps, while ensuring precise alignment and functionality.
    - Fabricate parts and structures using a variety of tools and equipment, such as lathes, mills, and welding machines.
    - Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with design standards.
    - Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement appropriate solutions, ensuring minimal downtime in production.
    - Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support the development of new designs and modifications to existing machinery.
    - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
    - Train and mentor junior team members in fabrication and assembly techniques as needed.
    - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality in the production process.

    Qualifications:
    - High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred.
    - Proven experience as a machine builder, fabricator, or in a similar role, with a minimum of [insert years of experience, e.g., 3-5 years] in manufacturing or assembly environments.
    - Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
    - Strong hands-on experience with welding, machining, and fabrication tools and techniques.
    - Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a definite plus.
    - Solid understanding of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting.
    - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
