The ideal candidate brings advanced masonry skills, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit to deliver stunning, durable pool transformations. Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and replace pool tiles to achieve seamless, high-quality finishes. • Remove and replace pool coping to enhance structural integrity and visual appeal. • Diagnose and repair cracks in pool structures to ensure durability and prevent leaks. • Perform deck patching, ensuring consistent texture and color with existing surfaces. • Remove and replace the pool skimmers. • Assist in comprehensive pool remodels. • Work closely with project teams to meet deadlines while maintaining superior craftsmanship. • Adhere to safety standards, keeping work areas clean and hazard-free. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Mason, preferably in pool or outdoor construction projects. • Expertise in tile installation, coping repair, concrete work, and crack repair. • Strong knowledge of masonry materials, tools, and techniques. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. • Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Legal authorization to work in the United States. • Pool-specific masonry experience is a plus but not required. Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
