    We’re looking for an experienced Painter/Drywaller to join our reconstruction team. In this role, you’ll put your skills to work on meaningful projects, take pride in quality finishes, and enjoy steady, rewarding work where no two days are the same.

    What the Job Looks Like – Key Responsibilities:

    Install drywall with precision and finish to a professional standard

    Match existing drywall textures seamlessly

    Perform painting techniques including cut & roll and pump sprayer application

    Apply smoke seal to framing when needed

    Complete painting, drywall, and light carpentry tasks

    Document job progress by uploading photos in a our mobile app (company phone provided)

    What We Require – Must Haves:

    Previous painting and drywall experience is required - minimum of 3 years of experience necessary

    Must be able to pass a background check (going back to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening

    Must have an Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record for past 5 years

    Who You Are – Ideal Candidate:

    Experienced in painting and drywall (required)

    Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality work

    Dependable, punctual, and organized

    Strong communicator who works well with both customers and teammates

    Problem solver who stays on task and adapts to changing needs

    Professional and safety-minded at all times

    Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

    Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50lbs

    Work may involve standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods

    May need to climb ladders and work at heights depending on the job site

    Must be able to wear safety gear when job conditions warrant - respirators + other PPE
