Why You’ll Love Working With Us • A team culture built on respect, professionalism, and craftsmanship • Steady, year-round work with high-end residential projects • Excellent work atmosphere and supportive leadership • Opportunities to grow your skills and career • Full benefits package, tool allowance, and competitive compensation (details provided during interview) Responsibilities: • Perform remodeling-focused carpentry: interior trim, custom cabinetry installation, framing, doors, windows, millwork, specialty finishes , and more • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job plans • Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with precision • Collaborate closely with our project managers, subs, and clients • Maintain exceptionally high standards of craftsmanship and safety • Troubleshoot on-site challenges with professionalism and skill • Care for and maintain tools and equipment Qualifications: • Proven carpentry experience in residential remodeling (not new construction) • Strong trim and cabinetry installation skills • Mastery of hand tools, power tools, and jobsite best practices • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications • A problem-solver with strong attention to detail • Professional communication and teamwork skills • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation • Full set of personal tools to complete daily tasks Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
