Lee & Cates Surface CPR is a multi-disciplinary division of Lee & Cates Glass, Inc.. Lee & Cates Glass is a 100 year old company with a foot print in Southeast GA and Northeast Florida. Lee & Cates Surface CPR has both residential and commercial operations related to cleaning, protection, painting, and restoration.

Job Overview: The Lee & Cates Surface CPR Technicians are the tip of the spear in our mission to be a City on a Hill. Technicians are multi talented or willing to learn numerous disciplines or processes for numerous projects relating to both interior and exterior painting, commercial waterproofing, exterior cleaning, int/ext concrete coatings, wood staining and sealants, paver sealing, roof restoration, int/ext travertine & natural stone sealing. We are building a team of individuals that will grow to be the future leaders, trainers, and project managers within our company

-Be willing to participate in selling, up-selling, cross-selling, soliciting reviews, and marketing efforts as called upon

Demonstrated experience in or Demonstrated ability to learn skills such as :

-Int/Ext Painting

-Waterproofing & Caulking

-Exterior Cleaning

-Paver Sealing

-Int/ ExtTravertine and Natural Stone Sealing

-Tile & Grout Restoration

-Wood Staining & Sealing

-Epoxy and other concrete coatings

-Concrete polishing & Sealing

-Roof restoration sealants and coatings

-Working supervision and/or project management

Working Environment:

Our technicians have commercial and residential opportunities mostly in town with out of town opportunities. Our in town residential footprint is consistent with the 7 retail locations of Lee & Cates Glass from Brunswick, GA to Saint Augustine, FL. Our commercial footprint is significantly larger. Many projects are outside in various weather.
