Skilled Trades Recruiter (High-Performance / High-Volume)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (remote)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced, high-output Skilled Trades Recruiters to support large, ongoing hiring initiatives across multiple markets. This is a fast-paced, results-driven environment where success is defined by consistency, urgency, and the ability to deliver quality candidates.

This is not a passive recruiting role - this position is designed for true headhunters who thrive on sourcing, outreach, and working high-volume reqs.

What You’ll Do

Source and recruit skilled trades professionals (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, field service, etc.) across multiple regions

Drive consistent outbound activity and pipeline generation

Leverage Boolean search and creative sourcing strategies to find candidates

Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, submittals, and placements

Submit detailed candidate profiles through internal and client systems

Provide regular updates on pipeline and hiring progress

Partner with internal teams to support large-scale hiring efforts

Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including occasional after-hours or weekend work

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in high-volume skilled trades recruiting

Strong sourcing ability - not reliant on inbound applicants

Comfortable with cold outreach and building pipelines from scratch

Experience using Boolean search and multiple sourcing platforms

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven

Experience with ATS systems (Aviante or similar preferred, not required)

Compensation & Structure

$50K–$60K base salary + commission

Team-based commission structure with strong earning potential

Consistent req flow with high placement opportunity
