    Job Title: Skilled Trades Recruiter

    Location: Remote

    This is not an entry-level recruiting role.

    This is for proven producers.

    Expectations and Responsibilities:

    • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement

    • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies across job boards, ATS, referrals, and networking

    • Make 50+ strategic outbound calls daily to high-quality candidates

    • Conduct in-depth phone screens and assess candidate alignment and long-term fit

    • Actively sell opportunities and position client companies competitively

    • Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process

    • Move talent through the funnel quickly without sacrificing quality

    • Partner closely with internal team members to meet and exceed placement goals

    • Track performance metrics and consistently hit activity and placement benchmarks

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3-5+ years of agency experience in a metrics-driven environment

    • Direct experience recruiting in Skilled Trades, Residential Home Services, Construction, or Light Industrial

    • Intellectually curious and a rapid learner, with the ability to quickly master and navigate complex skilled trades licensing, certifications, and regional regulatory requirements.

    • A documented track record of high performance within the above-mentioned industries

    • 2+ years of experience with strong outbound sourcing discipline through multi-channel approaches (i.e. Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Grassroots Sourcing)

    • Advanced time management and pipeline control with experience managing multiple clients simultaneously

    • Executive-level communication skills with candidates and clients alike

    • Relentless follow-up and urgency with a closing mentality

    • Proven track record of success working autonomously in a fully remote environment, with the self-discipline to consistently maintain a highly engaged, full-time professional schedule.

    • Ability to provide professional references that can attest to your performance, work ethic, and data integrity.

    • An ambitious, revenue-motivated self-starter who is driven by uncapped earning potential and hungry for rapid career progression.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience with Crelate ATS

    • Prior experience with AI solutions that enhance the recruitment experience

    Benefits:

    • Competitive base salary of $60K+, depending on experience, with an OTE of $100K+ with monthly commissions (based on proven performance)

    The base compensation for this position is expected to be 60K+ annually. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
